Luxury line Seabourn will sail its first cruises to Isafjordur, Iceland and Amasra, Turkey in 2014, and maiden calls at Stralsund, Germany and Villagarcia, Spain as well.

The ports are among 15 in Europe the line will be visiting for the first time in 2014, according to recently published schedules. Other newcomers to Seabourn’s route map include Dun Laoghaire (near Dublin), Ireland; Ghent, Belgium; Gallipoli, Italy; and Karlskrona, Sweden.

The list of maiden visits also includes four stops in Greenland: Ilulissat (Jakobshavn); Nuuk (Godthåb); Paamiut (Frederikshåb); and Sisimiut (Holsteinsborg).

Three more newcomers include the Greek island of Sifnos; Bastia on the French island of Corsica; and Porto Azzurro on the Italian island of Elba.

The 15 ports are among 150 in Europe on the schedule at the line. In all, Seabourn ships will operate nearly 100 departures in Europe in 2014, with a wide variety of routes. The voyages will range from seven to 21 days in length.

Three Seabourn ships—SOJOURN, SPIRIT and ODYSSEY—will spend the summer of 2014 in the Mediterranean. Two more Seabourn ships—QUEST and LEGEND—will spend the season in the waters of Northern Europe.
